Take it to the line, fill it in, then enter it in VSM Builder. One row per station, in the order the part passes through them.
- Cycle time:
- the time one piece actually takes at this station — timed part to part, without the waiting before or after. Not the time for a whole batch.
- Changeover:
- from the last good part of the old variant to the first good part of the new one. Enter 0 where there is no changeover.
- OEE:
- the share of planned time in which the station really produces good parts. From the machine report, otherwise estimated — entering 100 % means “no losses known”.
- Operators:
- how many people work at this station at the same time.
- Inventory after:
- everything waiting behind this station for the next one — on pallets, on racks, in the buffer store. Count it, do not estimate: this number drives the lead time.
